PAPERS REVIEWING AND PUBLICATION : Accepted papers will be published and put in electronic proceedings. Paper must be written in English or Chinese. Paper provided both in English and Chinese is preferential. Papers can be submitted online in format of DOC, PDF, RAR will publish, at least, the best 10% of the papers presented at the conference.
IMPORTANT DATES: August 15th 2005: Submission Deadline (hard copies and electronic versions). Sep 10th 2005: Notifications of Acceptance.
