Admission :
Fresh Admission to MBA (MM) 1st year (Regular) and MBA (MM) Lateral Entry has been discontinued from 2010 onwards. However, the students already admitted and pursuing their studies will continue till they pass out their MBA (MM) degree.

Objectives
The course intends to equip students with updated knowledge of modern materials management concepts and aims to develop their functional expertise in the store and purchase management discipline. To increase the profitability of industry, the Course intends to prepare the fleet of students equipped with latest tools and techniques of materials management so that they can face the challenges arising out of present scenario of competitiveness due to globalization of economy.

Duration of the Course
The duration of the course is three years by distance education.

Duration
The duration of the lateral course is one year.

Examinations
Each paper will carry 100 marks. Assignments will carry 30% marks and Theory paper for each subject will carry 70% marks.

Examinations Form
MBA(MM) Exam 2011 is likely to be held in Jan 2012 , The students are requested to download the Exam Form from the website www.iimm.org and submit the same to IIMM ,New Delhi before 15 Dec 2011 alongwith DD of Rs. 500/- for freshers and Rs. 300/- per paper for failed /ATKT.
